New memberships are welcome from January 2026, make sure you have the new membership form.
Renewal of membership was due by 28th February. Memberships can still be renewed until 30th March (prior to the AGM) by paying renewal fee of £16 plus a lapsed member fee of £2.

Members annual subscriptions (subs) of £16 are due every January and must be paid prior to the Annual General Meeting(This year 31st March 2025) These can be paid over the bar along with your membership card. Life and Honorary members also need to renew their membership by presenting their card at the bar.
Applications from new members are welcome and there is a joining fee of £7 in addition to the annual subscription. Forms can be downloaded here or collected from behind the bar. New memberships can be paid over the bar. They are then considered by the committee and if approved a telephone call or email will be sent inviting the new member to collect their membership card from behind the bar.
Members who have had a membership for 10 consecutive years and are over 65 are entitled to life membership. These members still need to renew their membership every year.
Members can sign guests in at any time.
Children are allowed in the club concert room if accompanied by a parent/guardian, they must remain seated with their parents/guardians at all times and if they need the toilet they must be escorted to the toilets by an adult. Children must vacate the club by the times indicated on the concert room door. This is generally 7.30pm prompt but if functions are on it maybe 7pm. This applies to all under 18 year olds unless they have junior membership in which case they can stay until closing time but not have any voting rights or under licensing laws purchase or consume alcohol on the premises
